Your ID can stay at home.
Your emergency information stays on you.
Your phone is locked. Your wrist still speaks for you.
Blood type, allergies, medication and family contacts, kept in a 25 × 25 mm patch worn on the body. Anyone can read it with a one-second tap of a smartphone.

For anyone living an ordinary day: commuting, exercising, looking after children and parents, travelling.
When it matters most, your information is out of reach
- 92% of people arriving in an emergency room cannot give their medical history properly. They are unconscious, do not share a language, or have no family beside them.
- Your phone is locked and your ID is deep in a bag, or at home if you only went out for a run.
- A paper note in a wallet gets wet, and it is wrong from the day your medication changes.
- One hospital's system does not talk to another's, and family are not always beside you.
Wednesday, 7:40 p.m., on the river path
- Sunday
Hana, 34, spends five minutes in the free WaveMed app: blood type, penicillin allergy, the blood-pressure tablet she takes every morning, her brother's number. She holds her phone to the patch on her watch strap to save it and writes down the four-digit PIN.
- Wed 19:05
After work she heads out for her usual run along the river. Her phone is locked in an armband; her ID is at home.
- 19:40
She collapses on the path. A passer-by calls the emergency number, but Hana cannot answer a single question.
- 19:48
The paramedic spots the blue cross on her watch strap and holds a phone with 𝒱WaveMed to it for one second. Blood type, penicillin allergy, her blood-pressure medication, her brother's number. No unlocking, no signal needed.
- 20:05
Because the paramedic called ahead, the hospital knows her blood type and allergy before she arrives and is ready to avoid penicillin. Her brother, whom the paramedic rang on the number from the patch, is already on his way.
One second on the body. Your health record on your phone.
- A 25 × 25 mm personal emergency information patch holds only what you choose: blood type, allergies, medication, diabetes emergency information and emergency contacts. No battery, no internet, no login, so even in a blackout or a disaster zone one smartphone is enough.
- Paramedics, emergency responders and fire crews read it in one second with 𝒱WaveMed. It is read-only, nothing can be changed, and it appears in the reader's own language, with 27 languages built in.
- The information is encrypted inside the patch, not on a hospital server, and changing it needs your four-digit PIN. When your medication changes, read the patch, enter the PIN and update.
- A silicone body with a sealed chip, double waterproofed against sweat, showers and the washing machine. Attach it with an iron, a hair straightener or as a sticker to a watch strap, a key ring or the inside of a collar. Prefer your wallet? The RadCard™ uses the same data format.
- The free WaveMed app keeps a medication schedule, 30-day blood pressure and sugar trends, check-up results, a document folder and a separate record for each family member. Away from home it lists the nearest hospitals and pharmacies with the country's emergency number.

Frequently asked questions
Can strangers read my private information?
The patch holds only what you chose to show in an emergency. Changing or erasing it needs the PIN, and apps other than the WaveMed family cannot open it.
What about fields I leave empty?
Only what you enter is shown. Name, blood type and one contact are already useful.
How long does it last?
There is no battery, so it never runs flat. The information stays until you erase it, and the patch is built to survive washing and water.
