USE CASES

RadPatch use cases: 27 moments

One 25 × 25 mm personal emergency information patch, followed through twenty-seven lives and workplaces. Paramedics, emergency responders and fire crews read it in one second with 𝒱WaveMed, with no battery, no internet and no login, in the reader's own language among 27. Each case follows one person through the moment it matters, then shows how a family, club, company or public body puts it in place. The people in the stories are illustrative.

Health management in the app

Numbers kept as records.
Trends shown as graphs.

Blood sugar, blood pressure, medication, supplements and vaccinations. Log them by date and the app builds the calendar and a 30-day trend graph, ready to export as a PDF. No patch and no account needed to start today.

Blood sugar log

Blood sugar: a 30-day trend in both units

Each fasting or after-meal reading lands straight on the 30-day trend graph. Enter it once and mg/dL and mmol/L appear together, with the fasting reference table (normal, prediabetes, diabetes) on the same screen.

Blood pressure log

Blood pressure and heart rate at a glance

Systolic and diastolic pressure draw side by side as a 30-day trend. Every entry keeps the heart rate (HR) and a note such as "morning, seated" or "evening", so you know how each reading was taken.

Medication schedule

Medication schedule: taken, and recorded

Name, dose, time and times per day become a dated schedule. Each dose is marked Completed as it is taken, so a missed one stands out, with reminders and calendar sync.

Supplements

Nutrition & supplements: what, and how much

Product, dose, time of day and times per day, logged by date, with a 30-day trend and a PDF. Supplements and prescriptions can be seen as one list.

Full dashboard

Full Healthcare Dashboard

Blood sugar, blood pressure, medication, supplements, vaccines and emergency info join one dated timeline. Counts by type sit up front, Healthcare Documents is one tap away, and the view exports as a PDF.

Vaccination history

Vaccination history, travel vaccines included

Influenza, shingles, COVID-19, Tdap, hepatitis A and travel vaccines such as typhoid build up as dated cards, each with dose, vaccine type, where it was given, lot number, injection site and a note.

Vaccination certificate

Attach the certificate to the record

Upload the vaccination certificate as a document on each record. Choose the vaccine and the disease, vaccine type and authority fill in; the attached certificate opens inside the app, ready to print.

Healthcare documents

Healthcare documents, filed by folder

Insurance certificates, check-up records, prescription lists, other papers and downloaded files each have a folder, for every family member. Add a new folder or file, a photo, or use the camera.

Insurance certificates

Insurance certificates, open when needed

Health insurance eligibility statements and private medical or travel insurance certificates show as thumbnails, and open full-screen to show or print.

Check-up recordsCheck-up records

Check-up records, one folder a year

Make a folder for each year's national health screening and keep the results letter, chest X-ray report and blood test results inside. Browse them as thumbnails and open any one to read.

PrescriptionsPrescriptions

Upload a prescription with the camera

Tap Camera in the prescription list and photograph the paper prescription; it goes straight into that person's folder as a dated file. No more loose papers from every pharmacy.

Emergency infoEmergency info

Emergency report: pick a language, on the spot

Choose a language on the report screen and the same emergency information is rebuilt in it, in 27 languages. Headings and items chosen from a list change to that language; notes you typed stay as you wrote them.

Medicine FinderMedicine Finder

Medicine Finder: your medicine in the local language

Search by name and the brand names appear with the English INN, drug class and indication. Switch the language on the screen and the same medicine changes to that language: 1,000 medicines, 26 languages.

Medical tourism

Medical tourism: 1,738 facilities in 82 countries

Search hospitals abroad by country, city and specialty, and narrow the list to JCI-accredited, general or specialist hospitals. Each one shows its address, phone, website and map location.

Find hospitals

Nearby medical centres: find an emergency room

Choose country, city and specialty, filter by hospital, clinic, pharmacy or emergency centre, and hospitals that run an emergency room are marked. Search by name or address and open the map location in one tap.

Map

Map: routes, satellite and ride hailing

A 300 m radius, routes and travel time; satellite view to point at "here"; and the country's ride apps open with the destination already filled in, around 60 countries.
